State Farm® Insurance Agent Willis Morrison

"I was satisfied with this insurance company before, but this office has gone downhill recently, starting with an email sent in response to a question I asked. It said that Willis Morrison was no longer working there indefinitely, and to contact Tashera. She has never been very helpful, but particularly bad now and I am planning on canceling my policies and moving companies because of her. I recently moved and asked to redo my policies to reflect the new address and get new renters insurance. During this process, it would take a while to hear back from her, and at one point she tried to verify that my drivers license was from Oregon and gave the number for it, which is NOT me. I called immediately and she said she had a different customer account open and was working on my quote on the wrong account by accident. Seems like a HUGE security issue to get customers mixed up to the point of trying to verify their info with someone else. With that aside, we got the quotes accepted and moved forward. The first months bill was more than what I was quoted, which she explained was going to be extra charges from my previous rental policy. That's fine. Next months bill just got sent to me and it's more than the previous month and still more than I was quoted. She then says it's one component of a bundle policy that didn't get updated in the change and she never mentioned during the new quotes, so the price is totally unexpected. I thought it was either no longer on there since the basis of the bundle was changed entirely, or that it was included and bundled since that's how it was before. It seems like she's being purposely dishonest to cheat people out of more money. Not to mention that when I asked to clarify, she gave me attitude about how she doesn't recall me asking to cancel that policy. I would have hoped that as my insurance agent, it would have been at least mentioned during my renewal? Completely disappointed and will be canceling my policies with them as soon as I can."
